Work out week one.

I really need some new shoes! My shoes make my feet hurt and I am just using an elliptical! That is pretty bad. Any suggestions on new shoes?
Well I went 4 days last week, stayed an hour every day, burned about 500 calories each time and my weight loss was.. 0lbs. Disappointing, yes. But I will not give up!! I have already given up all candy bars, I suppose I need to change something else as well. I guess this week I will also start not eating white breads, spaghetti or any other non whole wheat product. I hope that helps!
